Return & Refund Policy

At Zevron, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
